Coaches: call (570)-323-2072 to reserve a spot for your team at team camp. Each team must have a minimum of eight (8) players (16 total for a Varisity and JV team).
Keystone State Team Camp is the oldest and most imitated team camp in the nation. Teams come from Eastern and Western Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Delaware, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington, DC and several foreign countries. There are no stations, no lectures, and no officiating or dorm duty for Coaches.

BASKETBALL FACILITIES
Edinboro University has 7 indoor full-length courts; four are air-conditioned in their NEW Sports and Recreation Center: the Z-Dome. Bloomsburg University has 7 indoor courts.
ORGANIZATION
There will be two games on the first day, three to four games on the second, and third days and two games on the last day. There will be practice sessions daily, plus time before games for preparation and after games for wrap-up. Games have seven minute quarters, stopping the clock on the whistle, and score is kept to incorporate game situations.
COACHES
At Edinboro, coaches will reside in air-conditioned rooms or suites with private bathrooms. At Bloomsburg, coaches will reside in the newly renovated residence halls. Keystone State Camp staff members will monitor all residence halls at night. Coaches will not officiate any games. There will be a stipend for coaching your team.
LEAGUES
There will be 4 divisions for competition: Strong, Medium, Light and Junior Varsity. Coaches select the division they would like their team to compete in.
TOURNAMENTS
Teams will participate in a Sudden Victory tournament. Players will compete in a 3-on-3 league daily and will have the option of competing in 2-on-2, Free Throw and 3-Point tournaments.
CAMPER HOUSING
Teams will be housed together. Campers can choose their own roommates when they arrive at camp. At Edinboro, campers stay in 2-4 person air-conditioned motel-like rooms or suites with private bathrooms. At Bloomsburg, players are housed 2-to-a-room in the newly renovated residence halls. All facilities also feature an "all-you-can-eat", air-conditioned dining hall.
TEAM CAMP RULES
1. Four 7-minute quarters.
2. Clock stops on all whistles.
3. One full and one 30 second timeout per half.
4. No one-and-one bonus free throws.
5. 2 Free throws after 10th team foul.
6. 2 Free throws on fouls during the last 2 minutes of the game.
7. Players cannot foul out.
8. Substitutions only during a dead ball.
9. All defenses apply.
